Freedom At Last
7 days ago I replaced my morning iPad routine with an Exercise-->Aura Session routine. The Apple Watch was the catalyst for the change. I Love Tech, but it's been running my life without my knowledge. The change in my personality is immediately noticeable by others. Physically my body feels better, I have more drive, and I can think much clearer. My lesson learned? "All things in moderation".

Mindful Mobile Use
I’m so glad that there’s a meditation that doesn’t paint mobile use as an entirely bad thing. When you’re capable of bringing mindfulness to phone use, then you’re more aware of how you spend your time and are more likely to choose productive, healthy uses. Acknowledging that the urge to waste time exists helps you control it better.
