This meditation allowed me to use body sensation to improve my state of mind. Often meditation uses the mind to increase an overall state of relaxation and sense of well-being but this meditation allowed me to reinforce the idea that the desired state can flow in either direction.

I learned you have to sometimes take a minute, breath deeply, and realize you are only human. You can’t do it all, you’re not a superhero sadly.. but you should be aware of your body and where it stands. Don’t let your mind just take over and push yourself to the edge. Have you body be a part of that as well of need be

I have been able to stay focused , during meditation,and it was quite a journey. ,
and it has been quite a journey. But tonight, not so much. It because I have had a very overwhelming day. I keep thinking it is the end of doctors but there comes up more appointments. It has to do with depression or anxiety. I’m sorry I got talked into medication and even counseling. We are a pill society. I’m cutting back and I need to explain, to people this is what I want. A million thank you’d for listening. I don’t want to be embarrassed .

I like the imagery of my heart center being like a flickering candle emitting light outwardly. This light, however, needs to be protected and maybe relight since it is easily influenced by outward forces. Life is about trying to balance those forces.

You can take charge of your awareness instead of just letting it wander all over the place all the time and that it might be helpful at times to do this because it requires that you stop and reflect.

First practice
I noticed a different feeling within thus meditation practice. I learn how to relax my body and sink deeper and deeper into the earth. I felt a since of healing, and seen the color blue. Not quite sure what the color blue represents but it was a calming and relaxing feeling. Namaste

Day 1 energy shining outward
Once in deep meditation, the feeling of an energy circle moved from my crown down to my legs. The energy circle was a gold color and conformed to my body. The pace of movement was fairly fast but a continuous cycle.

This one is awesome. If u can’t keep up with the pace u can always pause and continue. Doesn’t spoil anything. The idea that if u be aware of the whole body then the connecting link between the outside and mind will be good. Makes a lot of sense.

I became aware of my body and began a body scan. Once I reached my stomach or midline, I imagined a ball of light shining outward and throughout the rest of my body. I could feel this light flow all throughout my body and into my surroundings. I am energized, full of peace and warmth. I will take this energy with me throughout my day. Have a wonderful day! 🙏🏻❤️😊

This meditation is fantastic to ground yourself, and then feel the energy coursing through you. I love the imagery of shining your awareness out from your midline into every other part of the body.

Great way to start the morning. This is similar to the balls of light meditation, where I am reminded to keep the light shining within me throughout the day. I like keeping the light around my heart and spread around my body like a protective shield.

In this lesson I learned that my mind and body feel light as a feather because of the peaceful calm my mind and body feel whenever I meditate
