My favourite habits
Journaling has significantly changed my life. I regret not starting it long ago. My psychologist and best friend suggested writing a journal in the past, but I didn't believe in such a thing. Now, I've been journaling for about a week, and I'm so addicted to it. I write about my thoughts and daily life activities in locked diary apps on my phone. I also engage in a daily reflection on Aura and Calm, and last but not least, I maintain a gratitude journal on those apps. This practice helps me track my mood, improve it, and serves as a beautiful reminder when I reread an old journal. I will recommend it to my friends whenever they feel down and have nobody to talk to. I'm grateful that nowadays, there are many tools to help us write a journal, allowing us to carry it and write whenever and wherever we want.
