Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each ”session” will begin with brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. Working with breathe and learning to bring my quiteñas to the mind will take time but the joy after each prayer fills my day and reminds me that all is well
