I noticed my heart ache and cried!
I recognized that I am still in so much pain. My heart reacts immediately with aches and pain when I’m told I am loved. I want to be heard and seen! I want to be valued! I want to be loved! But I don’t feel deserving still. This mantra and meditation will be part of my daily listening for a while! Thank you!
