Mastering gratitude.
I learned that I first need to reward myself for what I've accomplished. I also am thankful for all I have. I'm grateful to all of the people that were or are in my life for all they have done or said that contributed to where I am now. Even people I don't know that have been kind. Acknowledging the smallest things is important. Even when perhaps some of it wasn't great. Concentrating on the "good stuff" makes people feel good about themselves. At the same time, that's who I want to be. My inner self knows this. I love when I make someone's day. Out of the blue. Thank you for this lesson.
