(Guided by WITHIN teacher Devon Pipars) On a day you feel meditation is impossible, give the monkey mind a banana in the form of mantra repetition so that you can still enjoy a break from the mind's usual activity.

Calm
A lovely way to start the day. Hearing the peaceful chant to center myself as my work day begins definitely puts a better light on the day then it has before. I am thankful for that!

Seven minutes this time.
Seven minutes of peace. Chanting has easily become one of my favorite ways to meditate, if not my absolute favorite. Thank you for creating and sharing this to teach us a peaceful way to start and end the day. ✌🏻 ☮️

connected for me!
Drowning out the drift helped me reach that state of meditation I’ve been seeking.

Focus!
I struggled at first to get the rhythm of it - which my mind used as a way to think (What is she saying? Why can’t I get this? Do I need to grocery shop today?) - but once I caught on to it, I didn’t think about much else! Mantras and chanting are amazing ways to get my mind to focus and not “spiral”

Relaxing and new
It was nice to have something to focus on. Never used a manta in another language. Really enjoyed her tune

I use this to help calm
I can let go of the day and what may be tomorrow. It allows my mind to quiet so that I may fall asleep more easily. I also use it during the day if overthinking something or feeling anxious.

Relaxing ...
A chant that simply repeats the same Sandskirt phrase (which is beautiful) turns out to be very relaxing and mind clearing for me. Very few if any thoughts, just calm & relaxing. May need to try some other mantras... ❤️☮️🍀

Enjoying...
The last thing I remember her saying was something about waves... and her soothing voice & the rhythmic mantra transported me to the beach where the endless waves meet the endless shore. I enjoyed the feeling of endlessness ... forever consciousness... boundless yet growing... ❤️🌊🏝🍀
