I struggled at first to get the rhythm of it - which my mind used as a way to think (What is she saying? Why can’t I get this? Do I need to grocery shop today?) - but once I caught on to it, I didn’t think about much else! Mantras and chanting are amazing ways to get my mind to focus and not “spiral”
