Just like clouds drift by, my thoughts drift by, clearing the way for new thoughts.
Actually, I feel it is very important to pay attention to my thoughts because depressing thoughts can sabotage my day before it has even begun.
Often I find myself thinking I'm really tired when I first get out of bed and then I realize, no I'm not, I'm just waking up.
Or dreading my workday and it hasn't even begun. Then looking back at the end of my workday and thinking it was a really nice day.
So I find it is really important to think good thoughts and create my joy from within.
