I really haven't learned anything new from this one, not to knock it down or anything like that. Just because I've heard similar ones doesn't mean that this won't be new for someone else. If this was a new concept to you and you felt amazing afterwards... Keep coming back :)

Loving Myself
When I focused on thinking of phrases that I wanted and needed to hear I was loving myself and feeling much more calmer from a high level of stress and anxiety. Dea's voice is very calming and soothing.

Honestly?
I didn't get much from this session. In fact, taking the suggested posture of hand on the heart, my mind started singing the National Anthem!๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธDamn near stood up!๐Ÿ˜‚ Sorry! #notsorry

Easier said than done
Learned no, just reminded once again how difficult this is for me. How do I offer myself these gifts when I donโ€™t feel I deserve any such things.

Loving Kindness for yourself
Definitely the most difficult thing to do. Each time I try this, I reject the wish that I be happy and, instead, I wish that I would do something to make others happy or do something productive or kind. I find it easy to tell others the importance of self-compassion. My daughter once got me some notepads that say, โ€œTake my advice, Iโ€™m not using it.โ€
