The body is not some inert, mechanical meat being moved about by a brain. It's a miraculous living organism, sensitive to how we relate to it and responsive to how we inhabit it. In this meditation, we spark and expand a tenderness and acceptance for the body. We practice a warm loving-kindness that melts an adversarial or judgemental relationship to our own embodiment. That can only be a good thing.
