I learned that I can send happiness love and kindness using my mind heart soul and spirit within.
Uphill my mind soars like rocks on the inside way in to the in of inward
I learned that by speaking out what you are feeling and having phrases that can take your mind off a cycle of worry and allow you to feel how lucky you are.
Affirmations and radiating love
I not only need to affirm peace, love, Health, strength, and safety for myself but also for others.
I always have to take more care with people I love than me, cause there’s something into them that makes them so important to me
Being Compassionate e from the Heart
If you pray for the peace and love of others as you don’t for yourself, it will make you feel better about yourself day by day.
It's hard to let go of negative thoughts but taking a moment to breathe and relax helps to loosen the hold of the embedded patterns. I get so afraid of the vast "out there" though that it is hard for me. I will imagine being wrapped in peace and comfort. Tears.
Control my mind.
May I be protected and safe
May I be strong and healthy
May I be find some happiness for my life
I learned that it is so important to take a moment for yourself to reboot your thoughts & check in with your emotions.
It’s still going to take a lot from me to let go of negative thoughts...I can only do it one step at a time
