This message was what I needed to hear. My life has been filled with helping others who truly needed my love and help but I neglected myself in the immediacy of their issues. My intention is to treat myself with loving kindness.
Just as I am
As an adult of adoption, loving kindness is important and sometimes difficult. Fear of rejection has been a major problem in my life. I can and should accept myself just as I am because I am good enough. I am grateful for my life and my family and for the support that I receive.
