I reaffirmed the need to eat clean but also with an increased focus on portion control. Eating intuitively so I only eat when hungry. I should take time to assess if hunger cravings are actual hunger or just cravings. I should also eat more slowly and order less food with the aim of ordering more only if I’m still hungry after
