That I can be my own best friend and hug myself. I have been lonely and alone for many years it’s like carrying a heavy wet blanket, I’m removing that wet blanket and becoming happier, lighter in the process and it has been a long process. I feel the change🙏🏾
I learned that I am in control of my well-being. I can control the thoughts that cause me pain. I can be at peace by controlling my breathing and focusing on my body. My breathing tells my mind I’m ok. I will be ok.
