The body has a voice and a language of its own. Learning to listen to the body, without suppressing it through expectation or judgment, takes practice. This meditation offers support for listening to the body. As we practice, it encourages a low-intensity, nonjudgmental awareness of cause and effect. What happens as a result of this listening?
