I spent several months in the Kathmandu Valley researching and recording. Here I got to know a very beautiful meditation to let go of tensions. We’ll do this together today. In the exercise, you will hear the kangling used in Nepal and Tibet, the bone trumpet, the drumming on the damaru, and the ringing of the bell, which I made during an excursion to the Tsum Valley, the Valley of Happiness.

Excellent
This helped me to relax, release, unwind and let go. The sounds at the end were so calming that I felt more at peace and my body and mind deeply released all tension quickly. It was amazing.
