Holding negative emotions
I feel that I hold those types of negative emotions literally on my shoulders, and while doing this short meditation I could feel the weight of those emotions pressing down on my shoulders. I used the meditation to release those feelings and just move my body around freely in figuring while sitting. This was helpful.
