When frustrating things happen in life, it's easy to get stuck in your head trying to figure out "why." "Why did this happen to me? What is the meaning of this in my life?" Reflection is good, but too much of it can be a form of self-sabotage. Learn to nurture your solution-oriented thoughts and find inner peace.
