Teacher of Transformation
“Do as I say, not as I do” is a phrase that has been around for a long time, and many of us even heard it a lot as children; meaning, don't imitate my behavior but obey my instructions. How hypocritical it is to ask someone to do something you’re not willing to do yourself. It's very important for leaders to set good examples and be good role models. People who look up to them will be watching everything they say and do, so it's important to always be aware of that.
