What if meditation wasn’t about calming your mind, but about remembering who you are beneath it? This Kriya Yoga practice is one of my favourite personal rituals and a style I come back to often because it creates so much space. Space for your real experience. Space for breath, mantra, sensation, and awareness to unfold naturally. We move with So Hum, which means 'I am That' as a lived reminder of your deeper nature. This meditation cultivates open awareness, steadies the nervous system, and gently shifts you beyond the small, thinking self into something wider and more spacious. It can feel clarifying, expansive, and powerful. There is something deeply magical about resting in that remembering. Enjoy.
