This body scan meditation will help you to drop into the body and focus on sensations moving from the tip of the toes up to the top of the head. The body scan is helpful in reestablishing a connection between the mind and body. You can do this meditation in a seated position, or you can lie down, whatever feels most comfortable for you. As this series comes to a close, my wish for you is that you continue on this meditation journey you've started. Please come back to these recording series as many times as you like as a way to strengthen and deepen your practice and remember to be patient and kind to yourself: Learning a new skill takes time:)
