5 in, 7 out
When getting worried and stressed one minor issue can ruin my whole day and take over. If I allow 3 minutes to practice this breathing technique I can calm myself to enable the rest of the day to be unhindered.

Nice and relaxing.
I felt very relaxed and in just 3 minutes. I will use this method if something or someone has pushed me off track, to enable me to move on and forget.

Worried
I Learned that if you’re worried about something just take a deep breath in and a deep breath out and it will release from your mind.

The start of the meditation was a lot of words - very repetitive and distracting
The instruction was out of sequence - on one hand advising very slow in breath and much slower out breath while the words from the instructor seemed at twice TG EC pace my breath was at so found myself racing to catch up??
