Let's dive into the next phase of this course. You are now ready to dive deeper, explore more, and go on a little adventure here and there. This is a hip-focused yoga class, designed to increase mobility and strength in the hips. We will use blocks to assist in some poses, and the session will conclude, of course, with a relaxing Yoga Nidra Savasana.
