Heaven Is Here

Heaven is all there is. It's not up or down; it's the totality of being. The secret is that we are already this infinite being. Our practice is not to create unity, but to call our human parts (our 'personal' mind, nervous system, and emotional body) to synchronize with the infinite essence we already are. We are not pushing discomfort out; we are calling our discomfort home to harmony. This synchronization brings immediate calmness, relaxation, and liberation from the illusion of separation. You do this as infinity, inviting your human form to align. This is the simple logic of true peace.
