Today's practice focuses on cultivating self-love and care through a gentle, heart-opening yoga flow. We'll move through a series of grounding and empowering poses. This practice is designed to nurture your body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. As we flow through each pose, we'll weave in affirmations and reflections to deepen our connection to self-love and acceptance. We'll conclude with an extended Savasana (Corpse Pose) practice. During this deep relaxation, I'll guide you through a meditation on self-love and care, allowing you to fully embrace the benefits of this practice and carry the positive energy with you throughout your day.
