Too fast pace
Hello, I appreciate this meditation, but I find the pace to be too fast.

Health and Healing
Thank you for these positive affirmations. When dealing with chronic pain it is easy to get stuck in a negative mindset. I liked the affirmation to trust that my body is doing the best it can to serve my needs at THE MOMENT. Namaste 🙏🏻

Reproducing...
Another great meditation by Nitima! I connected with her on many points. I totally agree the body is designed to heal itself if we give it the proper rest, nutrition, movement & attitude. Millions of our cells are reproducing at any given time. I think of them as either getting stronger or weaker each generation based primarily on our attitude. If I am choosing to be happy, grateful & mindful then every cell I am reproducing at that moment is stronger than the one it is replacing. Do this over & over & I will attain good health, strength & a life of ease. But if I am stressed, negative,or worried -every cell I am reproducing is weaker than the last generation and I Become unhealthy, weak & dis-eased. Thus I strive to keep a positive outlook as often as possible, as if my life depends on it. Because... I believe it does! Every “Now” adds up over time to create our life & we are married to the outcome. But... I have the Choice if it will be for better or worse, richer or poorer, sickness or health mostly based on my Attitude. Thanks for helping us keep focused on the positive Nitima! Namaste ❤️💪🏼🍀

For hypochondriacs
I’m really grateful to experiment this meditation. There’s just a few méditations dedicated to help reduce anxiety for hypochondriacs. So I appreciate this one fully! Feel free to create more like this one! 🙏🏻☺️

Accepting ...
Accepting that I am OK with who I am now while still looking to become an even higher version of me in the future. This relieves a lot of pressure of my feeling the need to be an over-achiever. It will happen, it is happening... I do not need to force it, but just allow it by accepting it. Namaste ❤️🙏🏼🍀

Self Appreciation
Our thoughts are a huge influence over our behavior, our actions, and the decisions we make in our life. One way of planting positive seeds in our mind is by reciting positive affirmations. Over time this will help change your thoughts from a negative to a more positive. It will also help you to build up your self confidence. In this meditation, Nitima has you recite affirmations for health and healing throughout your body. This session gave me such an appreciation for all I do to keep my body in good health. My body has rewarded my efforts by keeping up with the busy pace of life right now. I am very grateful for that!

A newfound gratitude for my physical being
I have serious health problems and this meditation helped me become attuned to some of the things that my body does right. I've realized that as sick as I may be, my body is more functional than not! I learned that there's space--even an invitation--for gratitude towards my body for all that it does perfectly to sustain and enable me to live.

Letting go of resistance
I noticed how much resistance I have to positive affirmations, that I question them as I say them. It’s helpful for me to practice repeatedly.
