This was a really nice session. Gave me enough time to settle down the mind and relax the thoughts. Sometimes achieving that mind body connection is really difficult and I felt like the length in this helped.
This was an extremely comforting meditation . I realize how important mind/body balance is to my health. Thank you for your gentle guidance 🙏

I learned that we must be in sync with the world, moments, and ourselves. We may perceive experienced as good, bad, neutral, but as long as we have harmony we find a way to understand the moment... maybe even appreciate it.

Meditation has taught me to allow my thoughts to be released and live in the moment. The ability to remove stress persists. I work on the techniques of not procrastinating and I’m not seeing any trends I push to be quick and things go sideways I take time and it goes sideways. How to find what provides me reprieve is challenging in this moment for me
