Elation

Happiness feels like
I loved being able to tap into my happiness and joy reserves. Feeling joyous with the golden light all around. A deep calm and silly grin crept over me. I’ll be coming back to this one for sure

A good meditation for waking. I felt calm, my mind has been very busy but this meditation gently reassured me that I can allow myself to return to the peaceful part of myself again

Every day I can choose happiness. It's up to me only. I can make a day for myself. I can be mindful. I can be open. Free. Calm. I can laugh, feel joy, and comfort. I can self care and self love. I have the power within myself to do these things. I can choose. When things may not go the way I intended them to, I can turn them around. I can start anew. A new day is another chance. Like a blank canvas. It's right there for me. What a gift! What joy! The things I need to do are small in comparison to what I will receive! 🙏🔆💐🌄
