In this guided meditation practice, you will recognize and appreciate your strengths, talents, and positive qualities, fostering a sense of inner abundance. By acknowledging your inner gifts, you also connect with your potential. You recognize what you are capable of and what you have to offer the world. Recognizing your inner gifts can significantly boost your self-esteem and confidence. When you acknowledge your talents and strengths, you feel more capable and valuable. This session can be practiced either sitting or lying down, either in- or outdoors. Keep your notebook handy for journaling after the session.
