I learned to experience awareness of my surroundings and enjoy just being
feeling of peace
i learned how every inch of my body has a sensation within. The tingling and warm feeling will help me stay connected with my body throughout the day.
Sit Back & Relax
I learned that it's easy to feel when you just let go and relax. You body is able to feel all sorts of sensations.
Get lost within yourself
I learned that I can get into such relaxed state just by getting in touch with my inner self and if you can meet that person wow it's amazing say hi when finally you do 💛🙏🏻
I need to focus on the sensation of my breath. I am looking forward to more meditation.
Coming back to the body
When days are hectic and I spend all my time in my head, I need to remember to come back to my body.
Grounded in Your Body
Taking time to practice mindfulness and breath work for 3 or 4 minutes is the easy part...remembering to use these techniques through out the day is my challenge.
Trying to make sense of it all
Do I get lost ?or doesn’t my soul just drift away ?
Am I really on this earth ?or am I a diversion?
Questions that make a lot of sense but with no answer, some how I am here learning to find myself through the positive put out looks of my life. The body drifts and you start to have no control over it due to the fact that all these things that you have done in your life move on to stages that change your whole body , mental state and probably your soul also tries to gain ground
I feel relaxed and eased of my tensions. During a tough month it's hard to find a time of stress-free, satisfied feelings.
Honestly I didn’t really learn anything today. I couldn’t concentrate at all.
Grounded in your body
I kept going even after the recording stopped! That was a pleasant surprise.
I learned that I felt comforted by this session and look forward to continuing these daily.
I learned that anything worth doing requires that one begin. I'm happy to have begun the work and journey to become more mindful and happy.
I learned that I really enjoyed this short three minutes, and I’m looking forward to more.
I learned that I never really focus on the sensations of my body I feel like I’m always just stressed out and don’t give myself a moment to pay attention to how my body is feeling. This meditation was definitely good for that
I was doing so good, but I just lost control and ended up finding myself back to where I stared, and it scares me that will continue to happen ever time, i feel like nothing is gonna change for me no matter how hard I try but it’s amazing what these little short videos can make a difference.
Grounded in my body
I feel grateful for getting in touch with myself through this meditation
I must admit that I got lost in my breath and thoughts and was not paying attention much to her direction due to distractions in my environment. Still relaxed though.
Best one yet!
I felt so connected and present - the sensation of my body as it relates to the surface I was lying in gave me both a feeling of oneness AND part of a greater whole!
It’s good to just simply be aware of what you are l
It’s good to simply be aware of your presents and what’s going on around you.
My mind got distracted and I was thinking about a particular student. I can remember that there will be time for that but the time now is to focus on my breath and to become still which will inevitably help them.
I really liked this one. Coming back to your body and the sensations within and outside it is always relaxing. Very simple.
A normal sort of meditation served up today...moved my internal spotlight around the body to different spaces (that's how I visualize it, anyway!) Time to go get on with my day now! Helping an old friend with some business marketing later! Purpose!
A few degrees better 🌝
I’m trying to fight off a cold right now and I’m feeling kind of crummy. Not looking forward to having to go to work today. But, this session helped me feel calm from within and it’s having an affect on my whole body. I feel a few degrees better. And that’s a good thing!🌻🙏
I’m saving this meditation but it really isn’t
special for me. I wish our meditation leaders would not end so suddenly. I also wish I could find your comments to my musings. Things seen to change here very often.
I learned that I get very anxious around one of my roommates and I become very hypersensitive to the sounds she makes. I feel like my animal instincts feel as though I am in danger when she is around. I enjoyed this short meditation to remind me that I can get out of my head, I can feel the emotion, but I don’t need to be the emotion
Starting to feel more and more comfortable after each session just sitting in peace and quiet
Comfortable in your own body
I love being able to focus and find positive feelings and sensations and focusing on them when things seem stressful and overwhelming. This was a great way to reconnect.
Grounded in your body
I learned that feeling the sensations in your body can bring you to a more aware state.
I learned that
There’s no wrong or right at feeling my emotions I need to let them be but don’t get to me that they don’t control me
I can do this by concentrating and moving away from distractions when I take this time for myself. The feeling of relaxation and mindfulness is getting stronger. I like that
Namaste - Dealing with a lot of pain this morning from what I’ve been physically enduring the last few months. I left this meditation with much of that pain relieved, if even for a few moments, and I moved forward smiling and connected; mind, body, & spirit.
At one point in this meditation, it was said to focus on the breath and follow it. I actually envisioned particular colors for particular emotions as I was doing this. The positive emotions/colors I pictured were my breath on the inhale, and the negative emotions/colors were pictured on the exhale.
This meditation helped me be more aware of myself and my surroundings. So many times we just go through the motions and don’t think about it.
My attempts to catch breath improved after this short session
My attempts to catch my breath improved and didn’t feel so heavy.
Listening to my Body
This session helped me focus in on my body & the various sensations. Although, it was mainly pain...I’m glad I could take a moment to really feel those places & attempt to relax in them. I was SO relaxed in breathing didn’t realize the session was over.
My career pulls me off track and I need gentle reminders to return to being grounded in myself again.
Short and sweet
This one was a simple awareness meditation, and sometimes that’s all you need. I like how I asked you to focus on the nuanced sensations in your body, not all sensations need to be huge or groundbreaking or impactful… Sometimes the feeling of your breath entering your nose is all you need to bring you back to the moment
I felt and followed my breath as it exited my mouth, reaching the air around me and calming me. This meditation helps you focus and relax while in a comfortable, easy position.
Grounded in your body
Here I am 72 years old and I am just now clearly aware that I am here. I occupy space. And it is good.
Grounded in my body
I am 72, and just now realising that I occupy space and that is good.
I learned that I can have a cold back and a warm chest and tummy at the same time
I learned that sometimes you need to ground your self to be able to enjoy your life.
It is important to feel the earth beneath us and bring awareness to what we feel on the inside
This gave me even more gratitude for my workout, feeling the sensations of my body transition from being active to still.
Be aware of the things going in my body and around me. Listen to my body, the breaths, the sounds around me, the sensations I’m feeling. FEEL.
The definition of awareness is to notice things more. In this session I learned to take a deep breath and be aware of how it feels how my body reacts to and to notice the different sensations that it has. Before this I had never noticed it, or maybe I never had the patience or time to do so. But since I have started this app I have learnt to love myself and to just relax and not be stressed all the time
Taking a quick break to learn how to stay grounded really helps me to just calm down and slow time.
well all should take time to be aware of what’s going on within ourselves.
I feel more at peace than I did before and doing that exercise what a really good way to start the day
I felt every feeling in my body, and was much more aware of myself. I feel focused and ready to get back to work now.
It really helps me relax. I could feel what she was saying. I will definitely be doing it everyday to help me relieve stress.
I really liked it it made me feel as if I was one with myself again instead of all over the place
My experience was good
This one really helped me it made me feel great the consentrating on why I’m feeling the “tingling and itching”really made me feel good I’m going to do this more often
i noticed that i suck at being aware
i learned that i can feel more relaxed if i take time to become aware of all my feelings and sensations
I learned that if I focused on specific parts of my body then I was able to feel the sensations
The more we get together...
It felt good to join my body, mind and heart in a body-focused relaxation, followed by awareness, like a team huddle, to all get on the same page before taking on the new day. Namaste
I enjoyed this body scan this morning as it made me aware of what is going on in my body
Time for bed
It has been a long day I am really tried tonight I am ready to sleep many times any time
At school I feel invisible but with this self awareness I feel like people pay attention
I still felt a bit stressed and anxious after
I learned that breathing definitely works to calm your mind
Um I learned nothing I’m depressed and wanna die, but like another 3 minutes of my life wasted away but oh well :)
I enjoyed the simplicity here - learning to notice the feel and temperature of air as I breathed. I could have used a longer meditation, and will definitely save it for use in the future.
I have tensions and softening, tingles and itches, all the time!
