Questions that make a lot of sense but with no answer, some how I am here learning to find myself through the positive put out looks of my life. The body drifts and you start to have no control over it due to the fact that all these things that you have done in your life move on to stages that change your whole body , mental state and probably your soul also tries to gain ground

I was doing so good, but I just lost control and ended up finding myself back to where I stared, and it scares me that will continue to happen ever time, i feel like nothing is gonna change for me no matter how hard I try but it’s amazing what these little short videos can make a difference.

I’m trying to fight off a cold right now and I’m feeling kind of crummy. Not looking forward to having to go to work today. But, this session helped me feel calm from within and it’s having an affect on my whole body. I feel a few degrees better. And that’s a good thing!🌻🙏

I learned that I get very anxious around one of my roommates and I become very hypersensitive to the sounds she makes. I feel like my animal instincts feel as though I am in danger when she is around. I enjoyed this short meditation to remind me that I can get out of my head, I can feel the emotion, but I don’t need to be the emotion

Namaste - Dealing with a lot of pain this morning from what I’ve been physically enduring the last few months. I left this meditation with much of that pain relieved, if even for a few moments, and I moved forward smiling and connected; mind, body, & spirit.

At one point in this meditation, it was said to focus on the breath and follow it. I actually envisioned particular colors for particular emotions as I was doing this. The positive emotions/colors I pictured were my breath on the inhale, and the negative emotions/colors were pictured on the exhale.

This one was a simple awareness meditation, and sometimes that’s all you need. I like how I asked you to focus on the nuanced sensations in your body, not all sensations need to be huge or groundbreaking or impactful… Sometimes the feeling of your breath entering your nose is all you need to bring you back to the moment

The definition of awareness is to notice things more. Before this I had never noticed it, or maybe I never had the patience or time to do so.
