When I meditate and remembered that the small thing are that matter. For me is the privilege to leave in a Island with wonderful beaches and river. To have a wonderful daughter that is leaving her life and acknowledge that life is not easy, with up and down, but have more moments of joy, happiness and graceful that life can give us. And the more important to love ourself ❤️
Focusing on Good
I am grateful to start my day sitting outside, enjoying my cup of coffee, on this beautiful morning. There is a gentle refreshing breeze blowing. The birds are singing. The sun is shining. I am feeling energized. My intention for the day will be to continue practicing on focusing on the good and letting that feeling sink into my being.
