Gratefulness

I learned that this was a good meditation to do with my daughter. It was relaxing

Snow

The snow looks really pretty, looks prettier than last year, and the year before that. Either the snow became whiter or my eyes became clearer; and because nature is constant one of us must have changed and since it can’t be the snow, it must be me? Not only the snow but things to the snow and people, and my work. I tried to find a reason to hate the snow ❄️ I can’t even the cold is kinda warm. Namaste 🙏

Gratitude meditation

Lovely to be there. Hard to come up with something. Hard times make this hard.

Gratitude in color and the tree

I go to a pool for regular exercise. Yesterday the woman who manages the pool address me by name as I was getting in the water. Given her position and the many responsibilities it probably carries I am grateful that she took the time to learn my name. The color that I associate with my sensation of gratitude it’s yellow The same sort of yellow refused when they paint the full moon in children’s books. It is nice to imagine the color of the light doing my body. I appreciate the idea of colored imagery for gratitude . It somehow makes the experience more real and vivid . I am also grateful for the people who work for the appetizers that . Thank you for putting this content together, and for making it accessible to so Many . Also thank you are our community aura community for taking the time to read this message I hope everyone is OK it’s OK, safe, happy, well.

I'm thankful for my little boy. Even on days when I feel like giving up, seeing him smile makes everything better.

I’m grateful everyday,that God allows me another day to live and love.

Today I chose something as small as the smell of fresh coffee and how I’m thankful to wake up and prepare this for myself each day. As I’m waiting for the coffee to brew I gaze into my yard from the window. Thankful for another morning in a home that I am lucky to have and call my own.

Energy of Gratitude

Our vibration is raised in every moment we are in gratitude. With our vibration high, the universe brings even more things for us to be grateful for. As we become more grateful, our vibration soars again. It is a beautiful positive feedback loop to be a part of. In this lovely meditation, we practice sensing the energy of gratitude by giving it a color. Getting comfortable in stillness, I sensed air flowing in and flowing out of my body. After a brief body scan, I noticed areas of tension in my body and used my breath to gently soften these areas as best I could. I thought of something that brought gratitude to my heart. Morning greetings from my mom’s dogs was what came to mind. Reliving the moments that her dogs come running towards me when I leave my bedroom brought such joy to my heart. Their faces filled with a big smile as they almost gallop to me, I know this unconditional love. This sense of belonging. It reminds me of the beautiful greeting I would receive from my own two beloved dogs. I am so grateful to be greeted by them every morning for I am reminded of what is truly important in this world of ours, endless Opportunities to love and be loved. Thank you, Nitima! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Even the small things

Today I was grateful for the sunrise I witnessed. Will focus on hanging onto this calm feeling when things tend to get hectic later today.

Gratitude

For me feeling gratitude brings my attention away from all else. It also helps me see what a waste of time and energy dwelling on that which no longer serves me.

I’m loving the meditations and they kill all the things that stress you out through the days

I’m grateful for the meditations and the blessings of lord and meditation helps kill all the things that stress you out through out the days and pray lord give me peace and quiet while I sleep in peace and god’s blessings are here all the time and I love the way god comforts us while we sleep and I just feel like I’m seriously relaxed and calm down and sometimes I feel like I’m seriously at peace and quiet and god’s peace and quiet is with us all the time all the things that stress me I kill them with meditation and I learned that from a friend of mine that is why I love the meditations they helped me relax

The color gratitude

 Simple how creative to get color gratitude so that it descend an ascending my body. I am grateful for this brief session my grandson’s face. My other  grandsons voice coming from another room , my youngest son, if he talks to the cat,  my oldest son, when he calls, and we chat, seemingly for a long time, I daughter, her, baby, and abundance of friends and acquaintance

Love this idea of giving gratitude a color. When I focus on Gratitude, it helps me to let go of some of the worry about things that are no longer relevant

during this practice i was surprised to realise that there was so much to be grateful about today. even the small minimal things like the sun shining were beautiful today and i really took this time to appreciate it
