Gratitude Before A Big Conversation
Breath | Mindfulness | Flow | Philosophy
When we step into big conversations, whether they're with friends, family, loved ones, a coworker, a business partner, or a superior, we can find ourselves overwhelmed by the infinite possibilities of that conversation. When the mind starts racing, we lose our groundedness, our ability to show up fully present and prepared to hear and to be heard, to witness and to be witnessed, to understand and to be understood. This practice is designed to anchor you into your presence by tapping into sensory awareness before you find and cultivate a garden of inner gratitude. This is a practice my business partner and I share before every meeting, which has resulted in conversations free of ego, free of judgment, and full of gratitude for each other.
