Today we’ll explore the fact that our brains are wired to look at the negative so we need to look for the positives in life. In our meditation, we’ll explore gratitude and move our awareness to what’s going on right in this present moment. In doing this we can cultivate a greater appreciation of the little things in our life and get less caught up in how we view our projected future or current life circumstances, which are often colored by our past conditioning rather than being the absolute truth.
