Gracious Grateful Gratitude
When we feel appreciative of what we have, we suddenly realize that we have enough, that we are enough. In this beautiful state, our hearts are open and receptive. As I shut my eyes, I adjusted my posture for maximum comfort. After taking in a few deep breaths into my belly, I formulated the sensations of gratitude. Feeling my heart open and receptive, I brought to mind a few things I am grateful for. Realizing that these precious things make my life better, I silently said thank you. I brought to mind the people I have in my life. Realizing how rich these precious people make my life, I said silently said thank you. I brought to mind the gifts and talents I am fortunate to have. Realizing that these precious gifts and talents have the ability to help others, I silently said thank you. I brought to mind the small things in my life. Realizing how these small things add up to enrich my experiences, I silently said thank you. Gracious grateful gratitude, I am forever thankful! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
