Mindful and Present
Having the ability to focus is one of life’s greatest gifts for it allows us to be fully present with everything and everyone in our life. In this excellent meditation, we are guided through a visualization of our day focused on everything and everyone we may encounter. As the meditation comes to a close, Jason gives us some moments to recite some affirmations. As I was listening, I saw myself in full awareness of what I was doing and how I was doing it. Mindful and present, I see the gifts that each moment brings. These precious gifts are what make even the most mundane tasks interesting. Through the process of reciting affirmations, I have affirmed to myself and the universe that I value each moment that I am given because I Choose to be mindful and present. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
