Face massage
I listened to the whole lesson without performing the massage portion. I've picked up a head cold today, and probably should have done this, but I'm feeling very fatigued today and it was enough for me to simply listen through the household noises today. A friend had likewise offered up a YouTube video encouraging a self-performed facial massage to allieviate head cold pressures, but I chose not to do that either today. It's enough that I have no scheduled appointments to keep and can simply rest in bed, drinking water to stay hydrated, and rest this illness away...
