In this short meditation, we’ll allow the natural energy from above to gently flow through the body, finding its way down to the earth. Sometimes this current, instead of feeling light and supportive, brings tension, anxiety, or emotional discomfort. That usually means something in us isn’t ready to receive it fully, yet. Together, we’ll invite this force to settle. Through presence and breath, we’ll support the body in letting go, opening space for a golden waterfall of life to move downward, cleansing, calming, and restoring balance. A few minutes of inner alignment can bring deep peace when the energy becomes too much.
