Uncomfortable
For some reason I found this exercise to be a little uncomfortable and not as relaxing as I had hoped. Smiling simply feels better.

funny
constantly making a frowning face and then relaxing in this meditation was a little funny for me and didnโ€™t feel as natural. however, when i did relax my muscles on the out breath, i could feel my body deepening in relaxation :)
