July18- Morning
This forced me to truly recognize one of the most painful things I had to go through with someone who used to be my closest friend. It allowed me to bring in the pain without giving the pain power, and to release the pain slowly with each exhale.

Letting go

I learned that it sucks to be in an ongoing argument with someone who you actually loved and respected and then they die suddenly with out being able to get to the part where you make up and move on. Life is short and you really never know what is going to happen.
