Footsteps In The Sand - #1

"Every soul is a unique melody." This recording is the first episode in the Footsteps in the Sand series. It is a musically guided imagery and mindful listening experience. Picture this: You are sitting on a beautiful beach, watching the sunset. Now and then, people pass by, leaving their footprints on the shoreline. Each person—or group of people—has their melody. Their thoughts and personalities are temporarily engraved in the sand, lingering for a while until the waves wash them away, leaving behind a fresh canvas for the next visitor. You will hear three different melodies. As you listen, try to imagine the person who left the footprints. What were they thinking about? What did they look like?
