Feeling really relaxed

I am way over the max of my stress level. From time to time my body and mind sorta separates from one another and I switch to auto pilot. I have a strong desire to reconnect and stop this horrible habit. I wish to throw the key away for good.

Insomnia

I learned that when anything ends, no matter how relaxing or how tired I am, I pop awake instantly. The ocean waves were not enough. Nothing works

The right sleep story drains tension out of me, I don’t even hear the entire story, I sleep more soundly and wake more refreshed.
