Beauty in Everyone
This beautiful story offers a wonderful exercise to practice the next time you are mad at a love one or a friend. Take out a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. On the left side, write down all the unkind thoughts you have about this person. On the right side, write down all the good things you see about this person. Then give the right side of the paper to this person. It will help them find their beauty from within.

Finding beauty in everyone
I learned we may not like qualities people have sometimes.. but it doesn’t define the person they are.

A good reminder
I used to be the kind of person who could find positive and beautiful things in anyone. It is something that used to make me feel safe in the world..... As I’ve grown older and more jaded, I noticed that I’ve forgotten how to see so much beauty in people. This is a reminder to do that.

Seeing the good in people
Thank you so much for this product. I needed this right now. I have spent most of the day feeling irritated with some people in my life. However the story has reminded me to consider the good things about them. For instance, One of them is the best friend I’ve ever had. She is the most creative and compassion person I have ever met. She is very loyal and maintains many of the friendships she had started in childhood. I also admire the grace with which she handles disappointment. I have a lot of respect for the loyalty and grace she demonstrates, because I have not mastered beef myself. She has no enemies and simple pleasures. She knows how to make me laugh. The second person is humble . He’s in fact the most humble person I know.. Kids are relaxed. He’s funny. He has an amazing memory for detail. He is very good at asking for help when he needs it. As someone who struggles to a knowledge when they leave help, I definitely commend his willingness to except assistance. When we see the good in people, we can work together. The story That everyone is worthy of respect, even from their enemies.
