Helped a lit
I discovered that by focusing on discomfort, I was keeping my focus longer. Great!
I easily get distracted and oftentimes forget what I really need to do. Sometimes even forgetting it completely and end up procrastinating about it. Finding focus helps prioritize tasks and leave the ones I can do later. Also helps save energy. Y focusing on one task instead of doing a million micro tasks that doesn't get to be completed.

A simple exercise to help improve our focus. I did the 3 minute one and will come back to do the 7 minute one to see what see adds. Was effective at getting me refocusing on my nose as soon as I was aware I had lost focus. I think my “Focus Muscle” got a little a little stronger with this session, but could still use a little more working out! ❤️💪🏼🍀
This meditation is so great to find focus when the mind is constantly moving. As someone with fairly severe ADHD, it can be difficult to not get caught up in my wandering mind and distracted. This meditation has just enough prompts to keep coming back to the breath, and it feels like it does build the attention muscle over time.
I exercise mentally to stay focused on my meditation. Doing this consistently brings a peace of bliss😊
