This session made me cry.
I live my life every day mostly worrying about things i need to do or should do, to be productive, and find purpose in my life.
But what i realize after listening to this, is how i forget to enjoy what i have created for myself. My home, my family, my peace, my safety, my health, my career.
I need more moments to take a deep breath, pause in life and worry and stress and just remember to live.
I am going to die one day.
And my real wish for life is to just be happy and have joy.
I am grateful for today.
