My Safe Space
We all have an area or space that makes us feel safe and comfortable; for me my safe space is my bedroom it an space where I spend most of my time. I feel relaxed and comfortable there especially whenever I’m feeling sad
I learned that it’s okay to want me time ans to take time away for me.
Feeling safe
It feels good to have you say I'm safe. I didn't always feel safe growing up. In certain situations. I've also lived alone for a very long time. Even when I raised my children. In other words, I didn't have a partner for most of my life. I'm self-reliant. So I learned to feel safe and live on my own terms. Your words were soothing and heart warming to me. Now that I think about it, I don't know if I ever heard that spoken to me. Thank you.
Feeling safe
Something I rarely if ever mention to others is how much I put into feeling/being safe. These thoughts have very long roots but gradually they are dwindling and with a warm, safe, comfortable place to imagine/live in and beautiful gold light within and outside of me, I truly am safe.

I learned that I can feel safe when I go back to my inner being.
