Familiar Echoes: The Alchemy of Fear

Today we awake to another Winter’s day, our reflective mirror, inviting us to look a little deeper into our inner world. We’ll explore how fear manifests in our bodies and how we can better meet it with acceptance and presence. Our balancing element in this watery season is fire. You’ll learn how to turn fear into energy and approach it with curiosity rather than avoidance—balancing Yin and Yang and working with fear instead of against it. We’ll do a short meditation, using the breath to manage fear, and another practice, noticing how fear appears in your body, using acceptance as a tool to meet the experience.
