Mentally saying well wishes to ourselves as well as to others is a great way to begin our day as it gives us a time to expand our heart. In this beautiful meditation, Hannah has us expand our heart by giving well wishes to ourselves and others. I quickly realized that these well wishes are the same well wishes that I mentally say to myself and to others during my morning routine. Expanding my heart always makes my entire being feel full of loving kindness, full of wellness, full of peace and full of happiness.
With one hand on my belly and the other hand on my heart, I began to notice how my hands felt on my body and how my body felt on my hands. Repeating these well wishes to myself, my heart became warm. Repeating these well wishes to someone whom I love unconditionally, my heart became not only warm, but also full. Repeating these well wishes to someone whom I have difficulty with, my heart became not only warm and full, but also understanding. Repeating these well wishes to all Beings, my heart became not only warm, full and understanding, but also elated. Expanding my heart in this beautiful way, my entire being is shining and smiling!
